asoview! is a complete online booking service for unique and exciting activites in Japan. We have direct relationship will all of our activity organizers which enable us to offer many activities that are hard to find throught internet. We hope you would find an activity that would add more fun to your trip to Japan.
Q. How can I book air, hotels, car rental on asoview!?
Asoivew does not offer bookings for air, car rental, train, bus or hotels. For other travel information we recommned you to contact an online travel site or your local travel agent.
Q. How can I book a vacation package?
asoview! specialize in independent activities held in Japan and offer exciting local experience which is unique and handpicked. We do not offer packaged travel that includes airfares and other transporatation so we recommned you to contact an online travel site or your local travel agent for bookings air, cars, trains, bus or hotel.

Q. Could I book this activity once I get there?
There are some acitivities that can be booked on the spot but acitivites that are listed on asoview! can only be booked online. We recommend that you book before hand before it gets sold out.
Q. I have not decided what date I am traveling but could I book my tour?
We ask you to determine the traveling date to book acitivities provided by asoview! in order for the activity organizer to secure your seat.
Q. Do I need any special health requirements to participate?
There are some qualifications required for a particular activity so please check the Terms and Condition for each activity.
Q. Could I book more than one activity for one destination?
You may book several activities in any destination. Please keep in mind to allow sufficient time between each activities so that you will be able to be in time. If you were not able to participate in your activity due to any traffic conditions or other trouble that is unrelated to asoview! or activity organizer, cancellation fee will be charged.

Q. Could you provide me directions or local information?
asoview! is able to provide you any information or questions relating to our products. However we cannot answer your general travel questions or provide you information that is not related to our products. We recommend you to contact your local travel agent or check the online map to gather information.
Q. Is there any parking lot near the activity?
asoview! do not offer any free parking space so please search or ask the activity organizer.
Q. What is the maximum number of participants?
Any available acitivity will have a number in a calender format which indicates how far in advance that activity could be booked at that time. Please note that updates occur every day without advance notice so double check each information before you confirm your booking.

Q. When do I receive my booking confirmation mail?
Your booking confirmation mail will be sent automatically once you have completed your booking on asoview!.
Q. I don't know if I booked my activity property. How could I check my booking?
Please check your booking confirmation page which you can find from your MY PAGE. If your booking is not reflected on you're MY PAGE please contact us via mail.
Q. Is there a contact number that I can call when I get there?
You will be able to find all the details including the contact number for the acitivity organizer in your confirmation mail.
Q. Do I need to print out my voucher?
We do not require a paper voucher but recommend you to prepare an electronic voucher which you can access through your confirmation mail or from your MY PAGE.
Q. How can I make changes to my booking?
You are not eligible to change your booking after confirming. In order to change your booking, please cancel your previous booking and re-book your activity. For cancellation rules please check the cancellation page.
Q. How can I change my traveling date?

Q. What do I do if I am delayed for my activity?
Please contact the activity organizer immediately. You can find the contact information on your voucher or in your confirmation mail. There is no guarantee that you will be able to participate if you are late for your starting time.
Q. What happens if I do not show up?
It will be treated us a cancelled and 100% of your booking fee will be charged. For cancellation rules please check the cancellation page.

Q. I have not recived any reply to my emails. What should I do?
Some webmail providers may mark booking emails as spam so please check your spam folder for previous replies from asoview!. If there's no response from us within 2 business days, please resend your mail.
Q. Could you check the availability for this activity for me?
The availability of each activities could be found on each activity page shown in a calendar format. asoview! is a complete self service site and does not do bookings for you.
Q. Where can I get travel insurance?
There are some acitivites that ask you to take travel insurance on the spot but for others, we do not provide insurance so we recommnend that you seek advice from your local licensed travel agent or insurance company.
Q. Is my credit card safe on this site?
All the payment on asoview! will be done through Paypal which uses industry-leading technology such as SSL to keep your information safe.
Q. What should I do when I get a credit card error while I am trying to book?
The booking process on asoview! is completely automated and all credit card transactions are secure which is supported by Paypal. If you recieve an error message, verify that your card has not expired or confirm your monthly spending limit has not been exceeded. Otherwise, we recommend you to try a different credit card.
Q. Could I get dropped off after my activity?
Activities provided by asoview! does not offer any transportation so please settle the transportation arrangements before hand.
